Issue with joining or leading Guilds after Xbox and PC account merge

could you please look into the below described bug?

Ever since I have merged my PC (sub-account "Oasis0fGnosis#7367") and Xbox account (sub-account "LifeIsADream01#8363") together, I am having trouble joining or creating a guild.

With sub-account "LifeIsADream01#8363", I am able to create a guild, but it is not listed on the POE website under account overview, nor am I able to perform normal leader capabilities such as buying guild stash tabs etc.

With sub-account "Oasis0fGnosis#7367", the situation is a bit different. When creating or joining a guild, it shows correctly in my account overview page. However, when creating a guild I am not able to perform normal leader capabilities such as buying guild stash tabs etc. (similar to my other sub-account).
