I really REALLY don't want to go through what I did in Crucible with hording carryover's. Let it merge, hell let it merge really early. I just hate this constant state of "anticipation" wondering how it's going to swing.

I don't think so. I would like it but I really don't think so. Adding Settlers to the core game would be too much for people's fomo to not level their town every time again and again and that would be a horrible chore in the long run.

Maybe? When I played Necro settlers, I didn't even use the town though as I couldn't be bothered travelling there. I don't think I'd have FOMO to do it
