PS to PC account merge

I bought tabs and such on PS before I had a pc to play on, I merged accounts and I log in on new PC after I merged and it says my MTX are not available on PC cuz I bought on PS?

I did not check my tabs, but i looked at the MTX screen that had free stuff from being a PSplus member.

Every plattform has crossprogression except PS. Either you stay in PS or you buy new tabs for pc

Psn players are getting the shaft. There’s no answer really. Just people blaming Sony. Not sure why tbh as d4 works flawlessly between PSN and pc. This is a slap in the face to all PSN players indeed. They personally won’t be purchasing any premium supporter packages ever again as I see my support didn’t mean much to GGG.

But it is Sony doing this

Otherwise why wouldn't they do the same for Xbox

Sure there may be some political stuff that blizzard did that GGG doesn't have the financial clout to overcome but that would still be Sony's roadblock, not GGG's

You're more invested in Sony than GGG and that's fine, I'm sure there's a PoE thread on a Sony forum somewhere that'll be happy to share in your disgust at GGG

It's not just a Sony issue... GGG could replicate all mtx from your psn account to PC (vice versa wont be possible, we understand that Sony could block) but they say nothing about this, only that your mtx will not work and you have do buy everething again... They don't even consider that who bought things on PS paid much more than pc players would for the same mtx.

The probably could do that, yes. But they would probably risk facing legal action from Sony if they did something like that. I'm sure they have some form of agreement or contact with them that doesn't allow them to do that

Trouble is, it still wouldn't be the same MTX even if they're functionally identical, I think the PITA this has created amounts to Sony displaying a lack of interest in crossplay on their platform more than GGG wanting to rinse PS5 players, but I appreciate not everyone has the same view here

The kicker for me is the sub-account thing, that playstation purchased MTX is stuck there, it's not allowed to be merged, so even if I went forward with PS5 crossplay I would lose everything I've already purchased anyway, so I'm not even going to try to crossplay with PS5, and that means I no longer have any need for PS plus, so it's Sony's greater loss from me at least

I'm sure the pretty small number of people this is affecting (those that have already purchased on both platforms) is not the reason Sony is digging in, it's the thought that someone might have the audacity to install an F2P game in their closed environment without purchasing things using playstation points

PlayStation situation is really horrible yeah....
Glad i sold my PS5 but sad i can't use the MTX/Tabs bought with PSN or get some compensation like points.
