PoE 2 website doesn't switch to Eng if your system language (?) is one of the other available ones

When i try to select english language on PoE 2 website it switches to/stays on russian (i'm russian). Nothing seems to help, not even opening the website in incognito mode and from under a VPN. The only thing that did help is manually going to https://pathofexile2.com/en. Switching to languages other than english seems to work fine.
