Shop prices seem to be determined by the selected website language... for some reason.

The problems with shop prices working this way are that:
- People who know... in the case of PoE - English... probably tend to use the English version of the website (because translated versions of things are, for various reasons, almost always worse than original language versions), and, thus, have the global price and not the regional price they should have.
(And, in general, multilingual people exist, but more on that in a different report or support message).
- People who speak languages for which your website doesn't have a localized version don't have regional prices.
- If a language is spoken in multiple countries with significantly different wealth (e.g. Spanish), you also have regional pricing issues.
- It seems like it allows for people to buy thing for a way lower price than they should be able to by just switching the website language.
