pc character not showing up on ps4 login screen after Playstation and pc account merge.

I merged PS5 accounts and now all my characters are missing.

I have just logged in on Steam after getting the $100 ea, and all my characters have gone in POE. Please help. I just have an empty char list and have to start new game. :(

I panicked when I saw it was doing the intro cut scene for the characters instead of listing my chars. If you get past that into there should be a little drop down for "sub accounts" at the top of the screen. If you change that hopefully you can get all your stuff back. Phew.

I wish it let you choose sub account at log in screen. Seeing the intro video made my heart skip a beat.

Hopefully this is same issue other people are having.
