" Update: Just saw my coin balance show up for my purchase of the Supporter pack. Don’t have the chance to log on and confirm I received the MTXs but I do have a balance on my account which is a good sign. No email yet from GGG but I am sure they are swamped. Hopefully the rest of you get your stuff soon! |

Hello,
I recently logged into my account, and it's empty. None of the microtransactions I've purchased are there, and none of my characters are there. It's just empty. Has this happened to anyone else? Also, I decided to buy a supported pack, "Lord of Ogham Supporter Pack," so I could play POE 2. Again, I logged in, but it was not there. It is like my original account was mirrored/or/Duplicated.
