Well, I can imagine the number of accounts they need to go back and verify isn't small. But if you bought a pack today or yesterday then it automatically gets it.
This is a known complication in the tech industry where hundreds of thousands or even millions of records need to be updated to be compatible with a new field in the table of a query library. |
