Seeing a few ‘the new shoes I have not bought yet hurt my feet’ sort of comments, we don’t know how hard these trials will be. Personally 3 waves of ‘ultimatum’…bring it on for ‘first lab’, same for first floor of ‘sanctum’. But that’s just me and I don’t know how tough they’ll be either!

As someone who is ignoring ea because ea games are usually in their worst state, this change didn't matter to me.
But sanctum is a bad choice in my opinion, at least mechanically. Resolve shouldn't be a thing. It was neat during sanctum, but fulldodging monsters didn't mesh well with arpgs. If the numbers are roughly the some as during the sanctum league it has got some serious issues. At least the ask isn't a full sanctum. |

Another factor is how easy it is to get access to the trials via entry currencies.
I guess they are drop only but maybe can be crafted/target farmed as well. Masterpiece of 3.16 lore
