Anyone else having DL speed issues with 3.25.3

For whatever reason, since I loaded up PoE after the maintenance my download speed is constantly jumping from 0 to 50 mbp/s. most of the time its sitting at 0..
does this have anything to do with the update itself? my network shouldnt be doing this I'm hardwired right to the modem, I've even tried restarting my PC, as well as the game client to restart the patch DL process. If anyones got any info for possibly trouble shooting, or any other kinda help I'd greatly appreciate it.. Last bumped on Nov 21, 2024, 4:20:59 PM

i cant download it either. i guess when the stream is over they will fix it.
