This is a console bug report on micro transactions not working on PS5

the microtransactions page shows the microtransactions you can buy for me but if I go to buy points it will give me error message saying failed to get catalog details and then it says after i click ok then playsation gives me a error message saying the item you're looking for is unavailable. it might not be for sale yet, or might no longer be for sale. i have contacted playsttion about it as i tried to go around the in game error by buying from the playstation store and the points i was able to buy never showed up they said have to contact GGG as its not a error on there end. so basically i have a 2 part bug here maybe it seems and 1 may be playstatin but the other in game store has the bg originally for me and still hasn't worked for now going on almost 2 eeks maybe a bit longer. any help is appreciated.
