Unable to use Passive Refund Points on one Character. Works on all the others.

My level 60 Assassin is unable to use any of his 26 Refund points.

After clicking Refund Passives, it shows 26 Refund Points left. But clicking any end point Passive does not deselect it. (Nothing happens)

It works just fine on every other character. Just this one is not working.

Need GGG to assist with a resolution.

Can you unlock your profile?
It's set to hide characters.
Profile updated to show Characters.
Is this an old character? What points are you trying to refund? Maybe a video?
It is an old character. I've tried removing all items/armor, removing all jewels from his Skill Tree and still cannot un-allocate any end-point Passive.

He's 77, sitting on 32 Refund Points and still unable to make the necessary changes for his build.

And not one damn word from GGG. I find it incredibly frustrating that they are counting on the community to address an obvious bug issue.

They don't often respond to forum threads. Sometimes they'll clear up game mechanics, but I don't think they'll respond on things like "please look into my character, I think it's bugged".

Because it's an old character, there may have been an error with the data caused by updates. If you don't have the option to do a full tree reset (would suggest removing all jewels/cluster jewels from the passive tree before using it if you have the option), you should shoot GGG support an email with details like the account name, character name, the issue, and how long you hadn't played the character for before November. I'm not sure what other info they might need.

There's a link at the bottom of the page that will take you to the page with the email address for contacting Support.



Since Support seems to still be swamped with the PoE2 EA, it may take 2-4 weeks before you get a response.
