Lag spikes (EU server)

Ive been playing this game since 2013 without any problems. Now, i got some random spikes up to 150ms (randomly). Just did every test possible known to mankind. The problem only happens in POE.

Can someone help with that?

Do the lag spikes differ from hideout > mapping?

Do the lag spikes come and go depending on the instance?

Do you have the lag spikes all the time?
