Issues with support and merging account MTX

Hello, I hate complaining about things like this, but I’ve been going back and fourth with support for going on 3 days now. I just want to merge my Xbox account MTX to my PC (steam) account. How long is this process to take? Everytime I agree to have my accounts locked for the merge to happen, GGG support goes silent. Any help on the situation is helpful, I just want the merge to happen and be finished with it. Thanks in advance.

Im in the same situation, the support told me to wait, but it has 2 days since i asked they to merge for me since we cant or its bugged idk, hope they resolve this soon before the PoE 2 early access

I understand, it just feels really disorganized. So far I have had to confirm that I want my account Locked for merge 3 times, each time after saying yes I do, either another problem surfaces or I just get ghosted and nothing happens until I "bump" the ticket, to which they ask for confirmation of locking account, and as you can see it just keeps going in circles.
Every body understand that currently support team would be so busy.

But on the gamers side , these slow respond really devastating with no clue there is solution or not. What should we do right now??

For me , i failed on linking the account. No solution , no idea what to do right now, but waiting with no clue what or when it gonna fix.
