Verisium Ore not triggering to be mined after transfer from SSF Necro League

I created my first character in the SSF necro league and played there for a while, I then created a new character in the normal necro league, I decided that I would transfer all my characters from the ssf necro league to the normal league. I had progressed my town further in the normal league than the ssf league with mining up to verisium and the first 4 ports unlocked.

The posts came across but only Riben Fell showed any favoured resources, I sent a small shipment to each of the other 3 ports and when they returned it started to show a favoured resource.

The problem is with the verisium ore deposits, when I kill all the monsters that spawn it does not mark it for mining and no workers appear. This has happened on the 2 that I have found since I transferred over my ssf characters, I did check to make sure it said 0 monsters left to make sure I hadn't missed anything.
