Delete Sub

Hi.
I just linked my Microsoft Account. It seems I started some crappy PoE XboX Character Session before already and ended up with a crappy sub account now. Is there a way I can simply erase and delete one of the subs to only play my main account on both systems, without having to mess around with that crappy Sub? No need to merge anything, I just only want to keep my main, nothing else. Last bumped on Nov 19, 2024, 8:59:12 AM

Hey there,
To clarify, Path of Exile 1 does not support Cross Play, so you will not be able to play characters from your PC account on Xbox and visa versa. There is more information about the changes to the account system here: https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/3586288 | |

Hey, thanks for clarification.
Sure, thats totally fine. I recognized the platform switch in chars tab. I was referring to the accounts only. The ask is to delete the second sub account. To use the same account on both platforms. |

Thank you for the offer.
As of now it's not a bug and not breaking anything, also I didn't have a look on what happened "on Xbox side", starting the client there. I should be able to freely select any of the connected accounts to play on, right? Will consider it again once I had a look. Tbh I was expecting that accounts should be deletable, just in general, regardless of platforms, subs, etc. Anyway, thx for the quick feedback. |
