Random crash

Was in game all fine and decided to do Alva full temple, the moment I interacted with her - instead of open portals, she gave me a temple ticket then i got booted from game immediately and cannot login for 10 mins+ now???

I reboot game and steam several times already, still say "Abnormal Connections - Login Fails"

Help?????
