Cannot change subaccounts

I mainly play on Steam, and merged my psn account in earlier today. Now when I login via Steam, it has the psn sub account listed and when I try to switch to the Steam one it doesn't change, leaving all of my Steam characters inaccessible.

I'm having the same issue and just connected my console account 10 minutes ago.
