Linked Xbox and Pc Account and Xbox is wiped

I just linked my xbox and pc accounts together to log onto pc and see if my tabs and mtx's had been transferred over. i logged onto pc and there was no stash tabs or mtx's. i shut down poe on my pc, close it, turn my xbox on and load up poe on there. to my surprise when im at the login screen and press A it takes me straight to creating a character. Linking my accounts literally wiped my xbox data completely gone. I have years worth of items on my xbox account. why did this happen? is all my stuff permanently gone?

Could you check to see if you're logging into the correct sub-account to access your characters? Regarding your microtransactions, if you would like to merge them into one sub-account please contact us at support@grindinggear.com so we can look into this for you. | |

I have emailed support about both issues and my account problem has been resolved very quickly i might add which is incredibly nice and i am now waiting to hear about mtx and stash tab transfers

i have emailed you guys already but i will look
/edit i have had to email you guys with 2 different emails cause the original one i emailed you guys with is having issues with the inbox being full and im not able to fix it. i have explained this in an email and said i would try and prove i am who i say i am through the website and this is the only way i can think of how to do so. |
