Ping goig from 45-50 to 210-120 when reentering same instance.

I'm the only one with this issue? Currently playing on Sao Paulo servers, doing a map normally with 45ms , use a portal, come back again and the ping turned into like i'm playing from the other side of the planet with 210ms or 120ms.
