No characters from account

When I login through steam, all of my characters are missing from my page. I think it potentially has something to do with the new login tags but I am unsure, it doesn't let me log out of the one currently logged in to access this one through my steam client.

I am extremely confused.

Same, since i linked my xbox account with my steam account my caracters don't show up anymore. And i'm stuck with my xbox sub account in game, i can't switch to my steam account.

For some reason my account name posted above says deleted now too.....

Same problem. I linked my Xbox account that I occasionally play on to my Main PC account through Steam and no characters are showing up for either account on Steam.......hope everything did not get deleted.

I have been a supporter for over a decade.....my account and characters show up fine on the website.

Going to try to uninstall the game from my Steam account and delete the Path of Exile folder in My Games on my PC to see if that fixes this.

Edit: I dont know if this helps my email for Xbox and Steam are different than my email for PC...My original Xbox account is a @hotmail.com account and my login for PC is a @gmail.com account.

Unable to connect to the game says error login or pass. But I'm logging on to the website with the same login and pass ident.
I've sent two emails to support, and still no answer. Maybe they're having problems with the transfer... could you tell me if that's the case?

Same problem here, email from Xbox account and Steam account were different but all my characters from Steam disappeared. Althought my Steam characters don't even show up on the website. It's like when I logged from Steam for the first time since the merge, my previous account got replaced with a blank new one.
I can't find a way to log back to my previous account on the website since I used to log in through Steam only.
