Kaom Quest Reward says 2 Skill points and 2 Respect only get 1

I only received 1 skill point for the Kaom reward. it telegraphs that you get two.

The only quest reward that gives two passive skill points now is an end to hunger. The only other one before that was dealing with the bandits and siding with Eramir.

Whatever quest this is one passive and two respec points is correct.

The Kaom in the attached screenshot (green text in the chatbox) is from the Necro Settlers event, not a game quest. The quest that OP completed was getting the Golden Hand from the Crypt.
