About Void Emperor Enchanter's Ring

I bought this effect only because of the effect that replaces Onslaught, but apparently it is "bugged", because the effect is not working, I have already removed all my auras/effects and this Onslaught effect does not appear.

The photo below is of me using the Void Emperor Ring with Onslaught, but the effect of Onslaught does not appear.
