Cannot select mastery on console passive tree

So there is an issue with POE1s Passive tree for slayer on the console port, Which is it being very difficult to navigate, Sometimes it takes many many tries to select the point you want, Well i found one i am very sure is impossible. "Warcry Mastery" No matter how many tries and different way of coming at it i can not get this mastery. It is the one with the notable "Measured Fury".

Are you unable to target a mastery or are you unable to select from the list? Which mastery are you trying to select and do you have a free passive point?

Its not about not having points. I cant target it, I cant get my cursor to go on it basically, The passive tree is very difficult to target the points you want but usually you can eventually get it, This one im pretty sure is impossible.

Please GGG... Its literally impossible to select this mastery and i don't know what to do.
