Order completed but cannot retrieve anything

Hello,
In the currency exchange tab I have 5 orders completed, but I cannot do anything with them. I can't retrieve the currency, can't cancel them, nothing. It might be due to the account migration ? Thanks Last bumped on Nov 17, 2024, 9:20:23 AM

On Necro Settlers.
