Disconnections and instance failures

Today a lot of disconnections and I got the message "can't find any instance" or something like it. I got kicked from a maven invitation after a single death, and I logged in again but all 5 remaining portals were gone

Same last week. Just have difficulties getting into maps and instances. sometimes it works sometimes not. Guess every 3rd or 4th time i load an instant i just get "can't find any instance". Both with Vulcan and direct X 12.
