Catarina is broken?

I run syndicate eatlyer in league and have +- chance to drop vailed orb 25%, but now I run 35 catarina (lvl 83) and have only 2 orbs (less then 6% drop raite)

In first try it was 1 to 14
In second try 1 to 13
and in third I run 8 with 0 and don't understand what is happend

I have filter, ban or how does it happen?

The boss drops flask +-15, 1 helmet, 4 staff per 35 tryes, and only 2 orbs...

It's looks like a skam, becouse to collect 20 orb with this ARG it need to run a few tousands maps... And if somebody takes 30 orbs per row when another player have 0 it's not normal at all
