Boats are stuck since patch today

Hi,
The boats in the port i have sent out have left the port visually but the timer is not counting down and having waited much longer than the projected time they still haven't returned. I "abandoned" one of them to see if this would kick them back into action but after resupplying the boat and sending it on its way it still has the same issue.

I'm on PC playing in Necro Settlers

If it's issue on my end alone i'm not that upset by it so no need to fret however you should know it exists in case other people are running into the same issue.

Logging into a new realm and character seems to have fixed the issue for me.

This happens when Kingsmarch's treasury runs out of gold. Any progress the ships made before gold ran out is kept, but they display the time required for the full trip until gold is added to the treasury once again.
