Stuck on Loading Screen

Hi

I'm currently unable to log into the game and I'm stuck on the loading screen. This issue has suddenly occurred, even though I've been playing for over a week without any problems. I haven’t experienced any connection or loading issues before, so I'm not sure what's causing this problem now.

I have gone to the extent of resetting my computer back to factory setting and reinstalled Steam & Path of Exile.

This would tell me this is more of a Path of Exile issue.

I currently play on a 2023 Macbook Pro with an Apple M2 Pro Chip.

Please let me know how to fix this or when this will be fixed.

I've also verified the integrity of the files through steam and issue still occurs.
