Iron Reflexes Question

Just wondering, with Iron Reflexes converting evasion to armour does the Eater enchant 35% increase to armour does this apply to the converted value of evasion + armour or just the base armour?
eg

Evasion 1000
Armor 1000

so 2000 if converted is this mpw 2700 with eaters, or is just 2350 armour

If You have:
1042 evasion which is:

840 evasion from armor
202 evasion from dexterity

Iron reflexes

840 armor
202 lost

Because dexterity has no bonus to evasion and also no bonus to armor.

ok yes, but then does the 35% from eaters apply to that converted armour that was originally evasion? or does it only apply to armour that is already on the base item?

so with your example

840 evasion is now armour - do i also get 35% of that as well for the eaters enchant? so in fact about 1150ish armour 840+35%

+% evasion from passives also apply to +% armor converted in Iron reflexes, so answer is 2700. (or 840+35% for my post)
