questions from a Diablo player
as Diablo 4 is still in beta after 1 5 years snd devs does bot know what to do, I am thinking to switch to POE 2. I would have few questions:
1. what does early access means in POE2? if I play it then at full release my progression will be deleted? 2. if POE non-season players friendly? I never play seasons in aRPGs so hopefully POE offer almost full content to non-season? 3. does POE have a strong end-game? and with end-game I do not understand farming activities after campaign is done, but what you do after your build is done, e.g. pvp, rifts leaderboards... 4. is pay2win in any way? thank you. Hey there.
1. Not sure about that, expect a wipe. Doesnt matter too much tho cuz EA is only going to contain 3 out of 6 acts and no endgame as far as we know. Which is why I dont think a wipe wouldnt be that bad. 2. There is always standard league or Eternal Realm in Diablo terms - same thing tho. The way it it workd in PoE1 was that new mechanics are exclusively released in temporary leagues and might partially or not at all be merged into standard once the temp league is over. 3. Its the best and the reason for most players why they stuck around for a decade or even longer. The devs did reveal that some PoE1 endgame mechanics will be included in PoE2 but we dont know which ones yet. Whatever its going to be, its more than D4 has to offer xD 4. Nope Unless you consider additional storage space P2W. Anything else is purely cosmetic. |
