Reward people for finding exploits not banning.

The current action is to ban people for finding exploits thus they can go hidden due to having there account lost. I encourage GGG to reward players with a unique item skin instead for bring forth exploits to the public. That is all, thanks.

Generally in cases like this... the ban isnt for finding exploits, the ban is for using and advertising them despite the very obvious fact that they are exploits.

What you are asking is not that different to a bank robber asking the police not arrest him because he exposed a security vulnerability in a bank... while still robbing said bank and broadcasting how he did it as he is doing it so others can do it too.

Do you see the problem here?

Giving the OP the benefit of the doubt, I was assume he is suggesting that if GGG advertised a reward for finding exploits, then players would be incentivised to report the exploit directly to GGG privately, instead of exploiting it or making it public.

This is more akin to a greyhat hacker role than a bank robber.

Instead of a item skin or MTX, I think it would be better to give players who find exploits access to some kind of special play experience.

Right now, content creators face a risk/ reward proposition with exploits. If they make the exploit public, they are rewarded with high viewership/watch counts, vs risking a ban by GGG. If GGG wants players to report the exploits privately, they need to provide the content creators with something that also enables the player to attract viewers.

I personally think it strange that people feel like they should be entitled to some reward for doing the right thing.
