New Account System - PSN Questions
From the announcement
"Unfortunately, any purchases made on PlayStation platforms cannot be used on other platforms, and purchases made on other platforms cannot be used on PlayStation platforms. Note that these purchases can still be on the same sub-account, but the microtransactions will be marked as unavailable when viewing them in your stash." From the redirect from the PoE 2 page to the PSN store "Game and Legal Info Path of Exile 2 is a next generation free-to-play Action RPG created by Grinding Gear Games. Journey across the deadly continent of Wraeclast, meeting multiple immersive cultures while facing off against evil in many forms. Path of Exile 2 features twelve character classes, 240 Skill Gems, hundreds of equipment base types, a six-act campaign, more than a hundred unique boss fights, a deep endgame system and so much more. Play with your friends without losing any progress with couch co-op, cross-play and cross-progression." How will this news affect what we were told about our ability to play from any device? Will we log into another device and not have access to our stash tabs purchased? What about cosmetic rewards from league events or race events or mystery boxes? Does this mean that cross-progression is no longer an viable option for us? Last bumped on Nov 13, 2024, 6:12:11 AM

"Will I be able to play my Path of Exile 2 console characters on PC when the game launches in Early Access?
Spoiler Yes. Path of Exile 2 characters can be played across any platform." That said it really sucks when d4 managed to work around crossplay mtx problem, so most players will be comparing these 2 games from now on.
