Trade website error on direct whisper

Whenever i search for something on trade i get a error sign and the whisper buttom becomes unavailable.

i have the same problem!!! i have linked my poe1 and poe2 accounts on your website and playstation but i still can not whisper. i also can NOT for the life of me get loot filters to work or even show up in poe2
