Long term supported non-league builds

Good afternoon,

Though I love PoE I don't have as much time for it anymore as I used to. I find myself just spending too much of my time in the campaign with a new build during league. I do have some legacy characters non-league by now but come next league the builds are so different that I cannot manage to switch without swapping out a significant part of my gear and gems.

Can anyone point me to a build guide that works out-of-league and gets updated in an incremental way when the league switches?
