Dual "Haunted by Tormented Spirits" worth it?

I really like playing with "Haunted by Tormented Spirits" but I wonder if it would be worth it on both wands. Anyone ever tried it? If yes, please share your thoughts.

So what do you think of it?
Personally I would do it just for the movement speed, especially since I never know what the haunted buff is doing for me anyway, but you do get some good effects from it. “Freedom is what we do with what is done to us.”
