Global Chat broken, stuck in infinite loop

Seems like global chats are broken, they're just looping infinitely with the same stuff over and over. Doesn't matter which channel you go to, they repeat.

(it's chat spam, but it seems like it's the game doing it, not trolls)

My client log is growing quickly.
