"Can have up to 3 crafted mods"?

Shouldn't it say "Can have up to 2 crafted mods" since that craft is a mod itself? It's so scummy. WTF, GGG?

It is a little messed up because thats what it used to do without a verbiage change.
Proper wording would probably be "can have 2 additional crafted modifiers" |
