I Need A Build

Hey All.

Just after anyone able to help me with ideas of a build that can do all content including Uber bosses. I have a few characters and builds that I can work on more but I kind of want a shotgun build. I am currently working on a occultist creeping frost, not sure if that can do endgame according to a old league it can but not sure if it has been nerfed.
Send me pobb links or build links. I like speed and damage. My current characters are kind of just a work in progress and kind of like trying new things. I have tried cobra lash, venom gyre and steel splitter they were ok but not my kind of thing, shot gun is what I'd like.
Any advice appreciated.

ice nova of frostbolts is pretty shotgun-y

Equip Kitava's Thirst. Socket Frostbolts + GMP/Volley on that helm.

Link Archmage to your Ice Nova of Frostbolts (and perhaps to your movement skill as well).

That's the shotgun build you've been looking for.

Creeping Frost wasn't nerfed. It's just the meta has shifted. Ice Nova of Frostbolts can shotgun without GMP and Dying Sun. DPS is about triple times compared to Creeping Frost.

Thing is builds that can do all content generally either are incredibly meta or suck at just farming maps. To do all content you need top end dps and dps uptime plus top end defenses to survive the hardest parts of the game. That doesn't leave much room for fun imo and the "all content" your doing is only like 5% of your playtime.

Now with that said builds I'd recommend are all gauntlet top tier builds like trickster CI or Icenova of frostbolts. However if your just looking for a fun build id suggest doing RF and either follow captain lance builds or phox builds depending on your budget.

I played RF for a long time (because I'm a lazy guy) and while a good RF build can be fun it is soooo slow compared to a current meta builds it isn't even funny. And the gear for most meta builds costs almost nothing because of all the people constantly upgrading their gear you can get decent gear for pennies. Sure you can pay more than 1000 divine orbs for maxed out gear but you can do almost everything with gear worth less than 10 divine orbs.
