Reflect bug with vulnerability

Chieftain CWS char with
90% ele resists
84% chaos
Ele Ailment avoidance (stormshroud) 101%
Immune to bleeding
Soul of Yugul (50% reduced reflected damage)
Shaper ring (55% reduced ele reflect)
40k armor + doppel
104% reduced curse effect (flask)

Map
Cursed with vulnerability
21% ele reflect
118% extra phys as fire
no shocked ground
no poison/imaple

Main skill is firestorm, walked into a dense pack i.e Alva, KO'd
Test in map with large pack, KO'd again.
Switched to deadly ailments and burning damage and no issues with the rest of the map even ultimatum to 10, seems like a bug with vulnerability and ele reflect?
I shouldn't be taking reflect damage, its 105% reduced reflect ele damage with firestorm? Am I missing something?

I can't see how Vulnerability would have an effect here, since it's increased physical damage taken and you're dealing with elemental reflect.

If you're taking damage with 105% reduced reflected elemental damage taken, either you're taking elemental damage as non-elemental damage (some people run into this issue with the Divine Flesh keystone), or you have some source of increased damage taken.

Given that you have shock avoidance, my next guess would be Covered in Ash. Looking at ways to apply that on hit, it's available this league as a runesmithing enchantment; are you using that?
Divine flesh would explain it, forgot about that one, makes sense the reflected ele damage is reduced after the conversion

There is no immunity to the reflected damage, only reductions and increases.
People open poe wiki rarely nowadays, playing with guides.

POE has so many moving parts and calculations thats why we love it.
IMO lot of the head scratchers with player deaths can be cleared with some kind of death-info in the game.
In this case if death causing damage came up as chaos and type reflect, it would be enough.
Sure this wont cover everything but most of the causes can be discerned with this
