Memory Bleed/leek since last Patch

hi , so my game doesnt work for more than 20 minutes in a row. As i start poe my Ram shows 5.5GB after 20 minutes its gone up to 8.9GB and game will crash.

i did a packcheck , checked my RAM via WIN 11 diagnostics but i dint find any Problems.

in Log folder, Client.txt, the last line is as follows:


"2024/10/25 12:29:03 8074140 e0a9b589 [CRIT Client 9896] [D3D12] swap_chain->Present() failed"


My PC:

Nvidia 4060 8GB
16 GB RAM
I5 13500
500 GB SSD

Switched to Vulkan, works now without Crit Client Error message, but Vulkan is so slow, please fix DX12

anyone got some help on how i can fix playing with DX12 again? Vulcan is so slow
