bad administration

i has playing my game as usual got 8 divine and hacuras lock and t17 map great day.

as every day goes on poe its the grinned.

i have a lot of friends and they are getting tired of your admins also ridicules' ban times for players i have felt i have been bullied buy one of your admin on poe. i have sent many emails reporting this and every time you say its in my head. have to follow rules i agree 1000% but what i dont agree with is length of bane time im 57 years old and have bad memory issues and i forget to go back to the trade window and i am still in the chat window i under stand a worning or a quick reminder to send in tc but 4 hr band is ridicules'. me and my friend were on for a few days we decided to test something out.

he posted 3 times in chat i did it once i 2hr he got nothing.
i was typing to a friend one night in chat something was misspelled i goy band please fix this as if you dont i will start telling everyone i know how poe does not care about the elderly players on POE.
