Allow Eater and Exarch to count as a "Maven must observe" substitute.

So...for the Feared....3 normal fights and 2 subs for Eater and Exarch...etc for the other Maven-multi boss fights. I just feel like the Maven side is pretty chock full and I miss Eater and Exarch and working them in would be fun.
