Rescue bug - all mapper lost

hi,

i lost all mapper in after a rescue bug fight.

my game crash during rescue fight, then weh i log in again, no portal to continu the rescue.
i don't die, i never died on this fight
(holy relic buiold lvl 100)

i sent a support mail + thread, and the reply was : "sorry can't do anything" !

Really you can't do anything after spending more than 100$ on your game ? after 10 years on this game ?

LIE : you can do reset anything, super admin mode is not for dogs !

GGG support is the wirst i never seen (after blizzard), and really i think i will stop this game just for this mechanic bug (not the first time, but this time i lost all x6 mappers lvl 10)

POE2 ??? no plz get a real team for QA each time you launch an extension.
i never seen 1 extension since 10 years without a tons a bug, but this last OMG, the worst !
