Skills in poe have fairly average numbers:
Melee ~900%
Bow ~600%
Spell ~1600

These numbers vary based on skill type:
-35% Chaos
-25% Phys
Base Ele

Some skills have projectile shotgun multipliers
Few skills have shotgun and return miltipliers


Skills that can shotgun, and do it on the way out and in the way in are rare.
That I can think of we have: (Would love any suggestions here)
On the attack side Zenith and regular Molten Strike and Volcanic Fissure
Spell I guess is just Soulrend Spiral, that is 3x more damage the Ice Nova of FB
I guess none on bows, we have Artillery Ballista likes but they explose on ground


Projectiles that impact the ground are second tier i guess
Still better them the ones with no shotgun
