30% Quality Bases Are Too Restricted

GGG, please add more routes to obtain 30% quality crafting bases. I have been checking trade every day for weeks and certain bases just straight up don't exist. This is especially bad for bases that aren't top tier but would be used to chance into a unique item.
I understand the push to make these bases more difficult to get, but when there are zero available in trade league for weeks on end, that push has gone too far. When I'm unable to even start a late-game craft due to scarcity of bases, it completely kills any enthusiasm I may have had to keep playing the game at all.
