Full inventory, skill book quest reward lost

I go to town and want to offload my inventory. I get a quest reward skill book, great! For the quest The Twilight Strand. Well, because there is no space in my inventory I click-off to go sell elsewhere however after I go back to Lilly Roth in Act 6 in LionEye's Watch she won't give me the quest reward! I'm surprised a bug like this exists, I only return to town with a not-full inventory if I've hit the latest waypoint and it's time to crash. Also to be as clear as possible I already had two passive skill points to spend and it did not increase to three.

One of her dialogue options should be the quest reward.

On top of what gladiatorpie said, "Fallen From Grace" doesn't reward a skill book.

The reward for that quest is a regret book, worth 2 Refund Points.
