Yea, sure that will totally happen.
They'll just not make bank before christmas when they normally make massive amount of sales.

I assume this is just speculation around the impact of POE 2's launch on POE 1 league cycle.

Mid-december is the estimate based on the current 4 month league cycle. GGG has not put out anything to suggest an extension or provided dates for league end. (that I have seen, feel free to share a link if they have)

POE DB keeps a clock running for the league at top of it's homepage, and seems to be pretty good about updating it based on official news.
