my Divine Orbs just disappeared

Hi,

Today I sold Simplex Amulet to the another player for 480 Divine Orb. I was have 32 Divine Orb in Currency stash tab. But When I move 480 Divine Orb to currency stash tab from my inventory via ctrl+Left-click there is only 412 Divine Orb. So my 100 Divine orb just disappeared(or removed from game. I don't care What you all call that..)

I sent ticket to Support Team.
But they said, "Unfortunately, we are not able to track the location of in-game items or restore them if they're lost or destroyed."

100 Divine is not a small amount. Everyone knows this. and it is both ridiculous and sad that the support team cannot find a solution to this. Normally, I was excitedly waiting for Path of Exile 2. However, I will probably not play Path of Exile 2 just for this reason. Because our items and currencies are not in safe.
I ask the GGG Team.
So, How can I trust you again?

Hey, I know how you feel brother. Although not same scenario but my case is the T-shirt & hoodie purchased from Core Supporter Pack 2023 got lost during delivery of GGG appointed courier.

I been emailing multiple times to the support and they keep on giving the same answer, do not know when their supplier will get the item ready for shipment...

I demand a compensation from them for the delay which was caused from my end but....well you know, is IMPOSSIBLE !!!!

Support or devs would not help players to investigate any items lost in stash



And more likely you just trade scammed. Like one stack is 1 instead of 10 or some sort.
