Looking for advice on Herald of Thunder build

Hi,

I'm following https://pobb.in/OfO2NCmpfG9D this build, and I can pretty decent kills on low-level maps or heists.
But I feel way too squishy and keep popping health potions, since this build drains way too much health, and I only have 1 of the 2 Storm Secret rings.
Does anyone have tips for me?

I am in no way an expert and have like 20 chaos orbs available.
All help and tips are appreciated.

are your resistances capped? using that staff has that big reduced resistances downside. i tried that build last league and even with a headhunter it was still way too squishy in t16's. i only played the build for a few days before i gave up on it. that build is just squishy by nature. there is not much you can do

Try to get more Lightning Resistance and Maximum Lightning Resistance. Easiest way to get more max lightning resist is to replace your basic jewels (non-cluster) with jewels that provide +2 Max Lightning Resistance.

I'd change the enchantment for Vessel of Vinktar flask also, into "Use when charges are full" as you are probably fast enough to keep the flask up all the time while you are mapping.
